CHICKEN A LA TRIPODI II 
1 med. onion, cut in sm. sections
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 bottle hickory barbeque sauce
1 tbsp. red hot sauce
4-6 chicken legs

Par boil chicken legs and save 1 cup of broth. Pour broth, barbeque sauce, garlic powder, salt, hot sauce in bowl and mix. Pour contents into baking dish, place chicken on top. Cover chicken with mushrooms and onion. Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. The last 5 minutes remove foil. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 6.
