NANNY'S SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
4 slices dry white bread, soaked in 1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. allspice
2 eggs
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all ingredients, except butter and oil, stirring well. Shape into small 1 inch balls. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan. Fry meatballs over medium heat until well browned and cooked through. Serve meatballs covered with pan juices.
