ARTICHOKE NIBBLES 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. each pepper, oregano, Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. (2 c.) sharp cheddar, grated
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Drain jar marinated artichoke juice into fry pan. Saute onion and garlic until limp. Drain other jar; discard liquid. Chop artichokes. Mix eggs, artichokes, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Spray pan with PAM.
