TERI'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch sq.
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 onions, chopped
1/2 c. fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Roll steak in flour and salt. Pan fry onions, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Combine flour with drippings in pan. Add sour cream and heat slowly until gravy in hot, but not boiling. Add meat, etc. Serve with rice or noodles. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
