GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cut green beans, drained (or frozen)
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained (optional)
1/4 c. milk
1 can mushroom pieces
1 can French fried onion rings
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Place beans and water in a 2-quart casserole. Cover; microwave at High 9-11 minutes; drain. Stir in soup, water chestnuts, milk, mushrooms, half the onion rings, soy sauce, salt. Microwave at HIGH 3-5 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. Stir. Sprinkle remaining onion rings on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
