1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. light Karo

1 lg. box Crispix cereal
1 c. pecans
1 can honey roasted peanuts
1 bag mini pretzels

Cook first 3 ingredients to a boil. Pour syrup over top of the rest, which has been mixed together. Spread on a large baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
