1 bag microwave popcorn (popped)
4 c. Rice Chex cereal
3 c. pretzel sticks
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Combine popcorn, Rice Chex and pretzel sticks in large bowl. Set aside. Melt butter over low heat in saucepan until melted. Add sugar and stir for approximately 30 seconds. Drizzle or spoon over mixture and toss until well coated.
