TACO PIE 
1 deep dish pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
16 oz. can refried beans
8 oz. jar taco sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded lettuce
Spoonful of sour cream, diced tomatoes

Prick bottom and sides of crust. Parbake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and remove. Turn temperature down to 350 degrees. In skillet, cook beef and onion until brown. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix (no water). In bowl combine beans and 1/2 cup taco sauce; mix well. Layer a third of the bean mixture in bottom of pie crust. Place half of beef mixture on top. Crush chips and add cheddar. Layer another third of bean mixture, other half of beef mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes and remove from oven. Make wide border of shredded lettuce. Place diced tomatoes in center. Serve with rest of taco sauce. Enjoy!
