CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
6 hard boiled eggs, finely diced
12 slices day old bread, remove crust
2 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix well and place in 9"x15"x2" pan. Sprinkle top with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and refrigerate overnight. One hour before baking time, remove from refrigerator and sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. This recipe is a great do ahead recipe. It is very rich too.
