SALISBURY STEAK 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water

Combine 1/4 cup mushroom soup with rest of ingredients, except water. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Arrange patties in a long baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Skim fat from patties. In small bowl, combine remaining soup and water. Pour over patties. Bake for another 10 minutes. Top with sliced mushrooms.
