TORTA DE CHORIZO | |
2 hoagie buns 1 link chorizo 1/2 head cabbage, shredded 1 tomato, diced 1 onion, diced 2 jalapenos (opt.) Slice the bread along one side, enough to put a finger inside and dig out some of the inside (create a canal). Take out some of the soft bread. Cook chorizo in a frying pan until dissolved and in partial meat juices stage (10 minutes tops). Place the chorizo in the bread canal. Stuff with cabbage, tomatoes, onion. Place one or two jalapenos on top to finish your torta. Enjoy and eat like a hoagie. |
