CUCUMBER RELISH 
8 lg. cucumbers
3 green peppers
3 lg. onions
1 pt. cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed

Grind cucumbers, peppers and onions. Add 1 tablespoon salt. Let stand 2 to 3 hours. Drain well. Add sugar, vinegar and celery seed and boil 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 4 pints. Half red and green peppers may be used.
