EASY POPOVERS 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk

Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of flour and add remaining three ingredients. Mix and beat until smooth. Fill well greased 5 ounce custard cups or muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown and crisp.
