QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
3 c. dry biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. skim milk

Combine all ingredients and beat well. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Combine topping ingredients and mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
