HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. mustard, prepared
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, melt the butter; add honey, mustard, curry powder and mix well. Coat both sides of the chicken pieces with the honey mixture as you place them in the pan, skin side down. Bake 1/2 hour on each side, basting occasionally. Serve with rice.
