FLUFFY AMBROSIA 
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 reg. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
Garnish variations - optional: sliced peaches, strawberries, cherries, coconut flakes

Drain fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges. Reserve juice. Do not drain, crushed pineapple. In a large bowl combine Cool Whip and vanilla pudding mix powder. NO need to cook pudding. Next. Fold in undrained crushed pineapple, drained fruit cocktail and mandarin oranges.

Mix thoroughly. Garnish if desired. Cover and chill in refrigerator. The reserved juice. Can be mixed with water and chilled. Kids love the fruity beverage.
