8 eggs, separated
4 sticks butter, melted
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Beat sugar and butter. Add vanilla, salt and flour. Beat egg whites and fold in first mixture. Put 1 teaspoon on each corner of the section of the waffle iron. They bake fast so watch carefully. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
