SEA SHELL SALAD 
1 lb. cleaned cooked shrimp, chopped
1 lb. shell (sm.) macaroni, cooked & cooled
1/4 c. mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
Splash of lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar (or sweeten to taste)
3 tbsp. horseradish
Add parsley, salt & pepper

Mix together shells and shrimp. Mix together next 4 ingredients and add to shell mixture. Chill for at least 3 hours and then serve.
