SEA FOAM CANDY 
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. cold water
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Marshmallows

Place sugar, syrup and water in pan over slow fire, stir only until sugar is dissolved, then cook until a little tried in cold water forms a soft ball. Beat egg whites 2 minutes, pour 1/2 the syrup mixture in egg whites and beat, put the other half on stove and cook until hard ball forms. Put some marshmallows in and beat until marshmallows are all dissolved. Add vanilla, beat until candy is thick enough to drop by spoon on buttered cookie sheets. You may add nuts in candy or drop a whole walnut on top. Makes 35 to 40 pieces.
