PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
Seasoning salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper

Saute steak and seasoning in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch with 1 cup of water and soy sauce. Pour over meat. Cook for 20 minutes or until meat is began to tenderize. Pour in oven proof dish; cut onion and pepper over steaks. Cook in oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
