MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 slices bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt, dash pepper
Dash oregano and thyme
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
4 oz. blue cheese dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients except soup and mix well. Form into balls. Brown in small amount of fat. Remove from pan and add mushroom soup to drippings. Mix well. Put meatballs in sauce and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
