BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can Campbell's Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. diced cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli (thawed)
2 c. cooked rice

Heat oil. Put in celery and onions until tender. Mix in soup and remainder of ingredients. Stir together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
