PEACH CRISP 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
2 c. corn flakes
4 c. sliced peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Add eggs and beat, stir in cinnamon, vanilla, cubes, and flakes. 1/2 of the mix in a buttered 9 x 13 dish, spread peaches and juice on top and add the last 1/2 of sugar. Cover with remaining mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
