CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. wild rice
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 can Campbell's onion soup plus 1 can water

Put above ingredients into baking casserole. Put one chicken, cut into pieces, salted, and skin side up, on above mixture. Pour over top - one can cream of chicken soup plus one can of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 or more hours until liquid is absorbed.
