RITZ BARS 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
45 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until frothy, add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in Ritz crackers. Add nuts, vanilla.

Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. toasted coconut
