COCOA FUDGE 
3 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar (1 lb.)
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Microwave confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk and butter on high until butter is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes; stir until smooth. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Spread into buttered 8 inch square pan; cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
