KIELBASA AND CABBAGE 
1 lb. kielbasa (Polish sausage), cut in bite size chunks
1 head cabbage
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Fry bacon. Add other ingredients to bacon drippings in skillet. Cook covered over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir, replace cover and cook for additional 10-15 minutes.
