CARAMEL STICKY BUNS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. cream 20%
1 egg
36 pecans halves

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In each of 12 medium muffin cups, place 2 teaspoons each butter and brown sugar. Place in oven to melt. Mix remaining ingredients except pecan halves; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Remove from oven (muffin cups); place 3 pecan halves on butter-sugar mixture in each muffin cup. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, (cups should be half full). Bake about 15 minutes. Immediately invert pan and gently remove buns to prevent sticking. Makes 12 buns.
