2 c. sugar
3/4 c. lard
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
Vanilla
Flour

This is a real old recipe and just says flour so I put flour in until it leaves the side of the bowl. Don't make them too stiff. Don't roll them thin.
