1 yellow cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cake mix as package and pour in pan. Mix the other ingredients and pour on top of cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I serve with strawberries on top (frozen, thawed and drained).
