SWEET N' SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
5 lbs. chicken wings (24 to 36 pieces)
2 c. white sugar
10 oz. soy sauce

Mix sugars, juice, and soy sauce in bowl. Let set for 1/2 hour or more to blend. Cut off tips of wings and place in baking pans. Cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
