CHICKEN TERIYAKI | |
2/3 c. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. white wine 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. chicken parts with skin off Place chicken parts in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is done. Turn chicken while cooking. Serve with fried rice. |
