QUICK CREME DE MENTHE DESSERT 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. white cake mix (1 layer size)
1 egg white
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. green creme de menthe
1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tbsp. green creme de menthe

Grease bottom only of 8-inch square microwave-baking dish. Combine cake mix, egg white, water and 1 teaspoon creme de menthe in small mixing bowl. Blend at low speed until smooth. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour batter into dish.

Microwave (medium - 50%) uncovered 5 minutes, rotating dish once. Then microwave (high) 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer doughy, rotating once. Cool completely.

Combine whipped topping and creme de menthe. Spoon onto cooled cake; spread evenly. Refrigerate. Cut into squares for serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
