BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 hen
1 qt. tomatoes
1 pt. frozen corn
1 can cream corn
1 qt. frozen limas
2 lg. white potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 pt. frozen okra
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Boil hens, remove from bone, cut in small pieces, reserve stock. Cook tomatoes, beans, onions and potatoes in stock for 30 minutes. Add corns, okra and seasonings and cook 15 minutes. Add chicken and simmer 10 minutes. Can be frozen.
