FLOYD'S BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 med. fryers, cooked, deboned & chopped in blender of food processor along with broth
3 1/4 lb. ground Boston butt pork
1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
5 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes with juice, chopped in blender
3 cans (16 oz.) undrained whole kernel corn, chopped in blender
1/3 c. vinegar
7 tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) bottle catsup
6 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for approximately 2 hours. If mixture seems too thick, add water as needed.
