STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/3 c. real maple syrup
2-3 tsp. cinnamon

In 9 x 13 inch glass pan or casserole, put 1/2 cubed bread in bottom of dish. Cube cream cheese and put on top of bread. Put remaining bread on top of cheese. Pour the egg-milk mixture over the above. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with the hot syrup-cinnamon mixture.
