PEPPER RELISH 
12 peppers, mixed colors for color
3 med. onions, chopped
1 pt. sweet pickles
1 pt. mustard
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Grind and squeeze peppers and onions. Save juice and add vinegar to make 1 pint. Cook together for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 pint mayonnaise. Put in jars; seal. Very good on hamburger and hot dogs.
