PEPPERONI PUFFS 
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 lb. loaf French bread, cut lengthwise into halves
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. chopped pepperoni
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can or 1/2 c. black olives, sliced

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick, mayonnaise and egg. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread 1 1/2 cup mixture on cut sides of French bread. Bake on ungreased sheet until puffed and golden brown, 10-15 minutes. Cut into diagonal slices, about 8 per bread half. Serve immediately.
