PEPPER JELLY 
1/4 c. hot pepper
1 1/2 c. apple vinegar
6 oz. bottle Certo
3/4 c. bell pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar

Mix peppers, vinegar and sugar in medium saucepan and bring to a hard rolling boil. Cool 10 minutes. Add cuts, and pour into jars. Delicious with beans or peas. Good on cheese and crackers.
