JESSE J.'S SWEET POTATO PIE 
3 lg. sweet potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. hot milk
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. brandy
1 9 inch frozen pie shell

Boil sweet potatoes until tender, peel and mash them. Melt butter in milk and add to sweet potatoes, beating until the potatoes are fluffy. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Add yolks and remaining ingredients to potatoes, mixing well. Gently fold in whites.

Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
