CHINESE VEAL DISH 
1 lb. raw veal, cubed (I used cube steak)
Flour to coat meat
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 med. onion, diced
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice

Flour meat and brown in hot fat. Cut in bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients well and pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Can stir once during cooking.
