SQUID OR OCTOPUS 
1 octopus or squid (Public or Goodings)
2 onions, sliced
Oil to cover pan
Chopped chives to taste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. white wine
6 potatoes (med. to lg.)

Saute onions in large skillet. Cut up octopus or squid and add to onions. Add salt and pepper and wine. Simmer 10 minutes. Add 1 cup water and simmer until 2/3 cooked. Add chives and potatoes and simmer 5-7 minutes. Add tomato sauce and cook until done.
