TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix and put in greased casserole. Top with 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes, mixed with 1/4 stick melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
