CREPE DELIGHT 
Noodles, thin
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 eggs for each 1/2 lb.

Boil noodles until soft; drain well. Add salt and pepper to taste, then beaten eggs. Fry in little oil, quickly on both sides. Spread with fruit jelly or syrup or your favorite sweet. Small hanky to catch the drool!
