CHOCOLATE REFRIGERATOR ROLL 
1 c. heavy cream or whipping cream
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Approx. 20 chocolate wafers (by Nabisco)
Coconut (optional)
Candied red cherries (optional)

Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff. Spread wafers with part of cream. Put together in stacks of four or five. Chill 15 minutes.

Stand on edge of plate to make one long roll. Frost outside of roll with remaining cream. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Garnish with coconut and cherries. Roll may be frozen if desired. Remove from freezer to refrigerator about one hour before serving.
