PODERESKI ROLLS 
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour (maybe more, depending on if sticky)
1 pkg. dry yeast in 1/4 c. water
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and egg yolks; add rest of ingredients. Roll out dough using powdered sugar instead of flour. Divide ball of dough into 10 smaller ones. Roll each ball out like a pie crust (thin) and cut into 8 wedges like a pie. Fill each with a teaspoon of filling below and roll up like a crescent rolls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown. These cookies freeze great!

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until stiff egg whites, then add sugar, a tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla. Fold in walnuts.
