MOM'S SHO FLY CAKE 
CRUMBS:

6 c. flour
3 c. brown sugar
1 c. lard
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and set aside.

JUICE:

1 1/2 c. molasses
2 c. hot water with 2 rounded tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Then add half of crumbs and mix well again. Pour into 9 x 12 pan and put rest of crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
