GOLFERS CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 env. Lipton's Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 sm. bottle Russian Dressing
8 oz. apricot jam

Combine dry soup, dressing and jam. Mix well until there are no lumps. Wash chicken and pat dry. Slightly overlap in pyrex dish. Spoon sauce on each piece. Bake at 225 degrees for 4-5 hours, or however long your game takes.

This also can be done in 1 hour at 350 degrees if you're not playing golf.
