STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. rice
onion salt
garlic salt
seasoning salt
black pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
2 shakes cinnamon
6 - 8 green pepper halves

Mix together ground beef, egg, milk and rice. Sprinkle with seasonings and mix.

Stuff pepper halves with meat and rice mixture.

Mix together tomato soup, water, tomato sauce, sugar and cinnamon; pour over stuffed peppers.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
