HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chopped or sliced chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered (blanched) almonds
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Blend first ingredients and mix lightly with chicken, celery and almonds. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with chips and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot. Serves 8.
